Inventory Manager

Job Title: Proactive Inventory & Warehouse Manager – E-commerce Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations for our e-commerce business. This role is vital in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring product availability, and supporting seamless order fulfilment. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce inventory control and a strong understanding of supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures. Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met Ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations by working closely with warehouse and logistics teams. Highly skilled in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) Develop strategies to minimize waste, optimize storage, and improve accuracy implement and manage inventory tracking systems to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels. Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Raw Material handling, Finished Goods storage, Cold Chain management, Dispensing processes. In coordination with Manufacturing managers and the Warehouse Officer, schedule and supervise the timely delivery of supplies (i.e., prepare monthly and weekly written dispatch /dispensing plans). Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in e-commerce. Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and MS Excel. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar. Knowledge of SKU management and order lifecycle in an e-commerce setup. Familiarity with barcode scanning, cycle counting, and warehouse layout optimization.
