Role & responsibilities Searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company. Managing complete Sourcing Cycle to procure best talent for the company within set timelines. Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References and vendors Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes Co-ordinate with Candidates and continuous engagement with the stakeholders Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates. Administrative work in terms of data collation and updating the systems. MIS maintenance Preferred candidate profile
