Paperlink Softwares Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing technology company providing software solutions and support services to clients across the globe. We are looking for a dedicated International Voice Process Executive to join our customer support team and handle international client interactions during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients (U.S., U.K., or other time zones).
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy during all customer interactions.
• Record call details and follow internal processes for documentation and issue resolution.
• Meet performance KPIs such as call quality, response time, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams for follow-up on complex issues.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in international voice process or BPO/KPO customer service roles.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent.
• Strong listening skills, problem-solving ability, and patience with clients.
• Comfortable working in night shifts and handling international time zones.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email).

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred.
