Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements. Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and candidates by scheduling dates and times. Follow up with both parties after an interview to ensure a smooth hiring process. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in IT staffing to improve sourcing strategies. Work location : Madurai Notice Period : Immediate Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or it hiring. Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes, including end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
