Tele Sales Executives

🌟 What You'll Do:

🔍 Generate high-quality leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns & social media
🤝 Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them effectively
📞 Conduct outreach via calls and emails to create interest and schedule follow-ups
📝 Prepare and send customized proposals based on client discussions
💳 Coordinate with accounts to generate invoices and ensure timely payments
📊 Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in our CRM
📣 Share regular updates with the sales team on lead progress and conversions

🎯 What We're Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in tele sales (domestic or international)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored pitches
Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
