We are seeking a motivated and results driven Logistics International Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in Racing Cargo India, who will be responsible for properly coordinate and handle the operations ground, air and sea freight (import/ export).

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience of at least 3+ years in ground, air and sea freight operations. This role requires a results oriented mindset, proactivity and independen management of work tasks.

Key Contributions

• Coordinate our ground, air and sea freight operations.
• Handle within ground ops: in transit cargo, general and HZMT cargo, track and trace, claim process
• Handle within sea ops: FCL + LCL shipments, sea container Drayage, track and trace, intermodal, general cargo.
• Handle within air ops: Cargo, courier, hand carry, charter service.
• Custom clearance (impo/expo)
• Participate in the Interaction with international Agents, promoting and strengthening good business relationships
• Perform high quality standards in customer service experience
