We’re Hiring – International Operations Executive

Are you passionate about travel, logistics, and creating seamless experiences across borders?

We at Capture A Trip are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated International Operations Executive to join us!

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers with internship experience are welcome!)

Destinations we operate: Baku, Almaty, Dubai, Georgia, Turkey, Thailand & more

Role:

• Handling end-to-end International trip operations (FIT + GIT)

• Vendor coordination and itinerary management

• Visa processing, cost sheets and bookings

• Ensuring smooth on-ground experiences for travelers

• Constant coordination with sales and ground teams

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organizational & communication skills

• Basic understanding of international destinations

• Ability to multitask & handle pressure

• A passion for travel and customer satisfaction
