International BPO Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic International BPO Tele-calling Executive to handle outbound/inbound calls for global clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, have a problem-solving attitude, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound international calls for customer service, technical support, or sales processes. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally. Follow up on leads, handle objections, and close sales when required. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Adhere to quality and process guidelines as per company standards. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support and service delivery. Handle customer escalations politely and forward unresolved issues to higher authority. Requirements: Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (preferred). Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an international BPO (Freshers with excellent English can apply). Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory). Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Shift Timings: Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts based on international time zones. Others: Good interpersonal skills, strong telephone etiquette, ability to handle pressure and multitask.
