Job Summary The successful candidate will assist in testing assignments. Responsibilities include: Sets-up and operates all test equipment and performs tests within a certain product area; Performs the tests in accordance with work orders issued by jobholders; conducts routine tests; acts as an assistant in complex or unusual tests, under guidance from senior staff or job holder Records technical data, and drafts test result reports. Performs mathematical calculations required to summarize test results Assembles and disassembles test samples, hooks-up laboratory test equipment in preparation for testing; operates most laboratory test equipment. Education And Experience Final year degree / diploma engineering students or completed Bachelor's degree / diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline. Only candidates available for full time (in-office) internship can apply Knowledge of standards, government policy, and electronics / electrical sector landscape would be an asset.
