Job Summary:

Aruwa Interior is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer to oversee interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure quality execution on-site, manage project timelines, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute interior site work according to design and specification.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers for smooth workflow.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are followed at site.
• Monitor project progress and handle on-site problems promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as site reports, work schedules, and bills.
• Manage and guide subcontractors, labor, and on-site resources.
• Liaise with clients during site visits or reviews as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior site execution.
• Strong understanding of interior design, materials, and site coordination.
• Proficient in reading drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
