Job Description

Project Engineer Interiors Execution

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:
Oversee interior execution activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
Site Supervision:
Monitor day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure work is completed as per plan.
Quality Control:
Ensure quality standards are maintained in materials and workmanship.
Vendor Coordination:
Manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and labor.
Project Scheduling:
Prepare and track project timelines, report progress, and address delays.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure safety regulations and project compliance are followed.
Client Interaction:
Coordinate with clients, architects, and designers to address concerns and ensure smooth execution.
Reporting:
Maintain project reports, documentation, and updates for management review.

Key Skills Required:

Experience in interior fit-out projects (residential/commercial).
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
