Interior 3D Visualizer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior 3D Visualizer to transform design concepts into high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, materiality, lighting, and composition to help communicate design ideas effectively to clients and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic 3D views, renderings, and walkthroughs based on 2D drawings or design inputs.
• Collaborate with interior designers and architects to understand design intent.
• Develop textures, lighting setups, and material finishes to ensure photorealistic outputs.
• Optimize 3D models for performance without compromising quality.
• Revise visualizations based on feedback from the design and client teams.
• Maintain organized file structures and render libraries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in the interior design or architecture field.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of interior design, lighting, materials, and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visuals consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Knowledge of animation, post-production, or real-time rendering software (e.g., Lumion, 3D Max, Render, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
