Job Description (JD) for IPR Legal Manager Position:We are seeking a highly qualified IPR Legal Manager to oversee our legal department and provide expert legal advice to our organization. The Legal Manager will be responsible for managing all legal affairs, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters including contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and litigation management.
• Manage a team of legal professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to protect the company’s interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on legal developments that may impact the company.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide legal advice and support on business initiatives and strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Previous management or leadership experience in a legal department or law firm
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Want at least 7 to 10 years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
