📌 Job Title: Telecaller – Insurance Sales 📍 Location: Janakpuri 🕒 Job Type: Full-time 💼 Industry: Insurance & Financial Services 💰 Salary: 10k - 15 k 📅 Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome) Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers to promote and sell health insurance, LIC policies, mutual funds, and other financial products. This is a target-based role that demands excellent communication, follow-up skills, and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Call potential customers from provided databases or leads. Explain various insurance products (Health, Life, Mutual Funds, etc.) clearly and convincingly. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance/financial products. Follow up with interested prospects via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Schedule meetings or appointments with field sales agents if required. Maintain and update customer information in CRM. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets of lead conversion and policy sales. Resolve customer queries related to products, policies, claims, and payments. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (Regional language is a plus) Confident, convincing, and goal-oriented approach Basic understanding of insurance and mutual fund products (training will be provided) Good knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools Ability to handle objections and turn inquiries into sales.
