The role involves managing on-site execution of building product installations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project timelines. Prior experience in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Project Execution and Management Oversee civil installation works as per project drawings and specifications. Coordinate with project managers and clients for seamless execution. Optimize resource allocation including materials, manpower, and equipment. Monitor progress and report updates to senior management. Address on-site issues to avoid project delays. Site Inspection and Supervision Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards. Enforce adherence to safety norms and construction codes. Guide on-site teams with technical direction. Approve use of materials, tools, and methods. Collaboration and Coordination Interface with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align goals. Manage vendor and supplier coordination for timely material deliveries. Work with in-house engineering teams to resolve technical issues. Quality Control and Documentation Enforce Homegenie’s quality benchmarks and industry best practices. Maintain records of project execution, progress, and site changes. Conduct quality tests during and after installations. STP Experience (Added Advantage) Experience in STP installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Capable of managing civil aspects of STP integration into projects.
