Job Description Objective The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in supporting LabVantage Europe by generating new business opportunities, qualifying inbound inquiries from potential customers, and maintaining an accurate CRM database. This position is key to expanding our market reach, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline, and enabling the sales team to focus on closing deals.

1. 50 % Lead Outreach, Prospecting & Relationship Building - Proactively identify and engage target accounts to generate qualified leads through outbound activities. Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and build relationships by understanding their needs and arranging meetings or demos for the sales team.
2. 25% CRM Management and Reporting Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems, support reporting, and track pipeline activities and sales KPIs.
3. 15% Tender Monitoring - Monitor tender platforms and public procurement sites for relevant tenders in the assigned region; notify the sales team and assist with the preparation and submission of tender documents.
4. 10% Reporting & Feedback - Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline status, tender opportunities, and market insights.

• Proactively identify, research, and engage target accounts and contacts within the region.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities, including emailing, and social selling.
• Respond promptly to inbound requests from prospects via website forms, email, phone and qualify them for further sales engagement.
• Engage prospects to understand their needs and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Monitor tender platforms and public procurement sites for relevant tenders in the assigned region; notify the sales team and assist with the preparation and submission of tender documents.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the CRM database to ensure clear pipeline visibility and smooth handoffs.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging and campaigns that drive both outbound and inbound lead flow.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales and marketing team on lead quality, conversion rate, pipeline status, tender opportunities, and market insights.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required; bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 13 years of experience in an inside sales/lead generation; previous experience in B2B sales or customer service is preferred.
