Job Description

Roles & responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and engage target accounts and contacts within the region.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities, including emailing, and social selling.
  • Respond promptly to inbound requests from prospects via website forms, email, phone and qualify them for further sales engagement.
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Monitor tender platforms and public procurement sites for relevant tenders in the assigned region; notify the sales team and assist with the preparation and submission of tender documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the CRM database to ensure clear pipeline visibility and smooth handoffs.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging and campaigns that drive both outbound and inbound lead flow.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales and marketing team on lead quality, conversion rate, pipeline status, tender opportunities, and market insights.

Preferred candidate profile

  • High school diploma required; bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1- 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales/lead generation; previous experience in B2B sales or customer service is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to learn and understand scientific or software-specific terminology
  • Familiarity with European business culture and sales practice is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with knowledge of CRM software (Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
