Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Inside Sales Representative (Female only) to join our dynamic sales team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or similar roles and the ability to build strong client relationships while achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain client relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide daily reports on performance and client interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Only female candidates will be considered.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejections professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM tools experience is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to work from Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.
