Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable makeO (toothsi) products & services.
• Follow-up with prospects and ensure timely closures.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM system with customer details, feedback, and call outcomes. Build strong product knowledge to confidently handle customer queries.
• Educate customers about the benefits of aligners, treatment process, pricing, and offers.
• Handle objections effectively and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and customerfirst attitude in all interactions.
0-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales
HSC Qualification / Graduation Freshers
3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
