Inside Sales Executive

You will be working as an Inside Sales Executive at SSRA, located in Rampur. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, provide excellent customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, offer online support, and deliver technical assistance. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining records of client interactions. It is crucial for you to work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and maintain strong customer relationships. To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction skills. Experience in providing online support and technical assistance is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with customers. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Any prior experience in sales or a related field will be considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be beneficial for this position.
