Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to drive sales growth.
Build strong relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for lead generation.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversion rates, sales quotas, and revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, telemarketing, BPO sales, or related fields.
Proven track record of success in generating high-quality leads through cold calling and outbound sales efforts.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls; fluency in English language required.
