Job Summary
1. Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to queries and requests, Manage and maintain sales executives , appointments, Answer client / TA queries about product/services Other duties as assigned by sales head or the management.
2. Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of industry and market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
4. Knowledge about various online portals like India-mart, to generate inquiries and convert them into sales.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence customers, team members, and other stakeholders.

Graduation and MBA - Sales and Marketing
