Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities using platforms like

  LinkedIn, Lusha,

  and

  ZoomInfo

  .
• Qualify prospects through

  cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

  .
• Build and maintain a pipeline of

  qualified leads

  .

• Sales Engagement & Presentations:

• Conduct

  discovery calls

  to understand client needs.
• Perform

  virtual demos

  and

  sales presentations

  of RGTs services.
• Propose tailored solutions and pricing options based on client requirements.

• Negotiation & Closing:

• Lead contract negotiations and handle client objections.
• Close deals efficiently, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Post-Sales Support & Relationship Management:

• Ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction post-sale.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in

  inside sales

  ,

  B2B sales

  , or

  consultative selling

  .
• Strong

  communication

  and

  negotiation skills

  .
• Experience with

  CRM tools

  (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Comfortable with a

  fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with RGTs services (IT Consulting, Cloud Solutions, DevOps, AI & Data Analytics) is a plus.
