Job Description

We’re Hiring! | Associate – Inside Sales | MediBuddy

MediBuddy

Key Responsibilities

Counsel ~100 customers daily who have downloaded the MediBuddy app
Follow up and convert inquiries into qualified leads
Influence consumer decisions by sharing accurate specialty information via scripted communication
Maintain quality and consistency across all calls and processes
Resolve customer issues quickly to ensure satisfaction
Consistently meet/exceed sales and talk-time targets

What We’re Looking For

6 months – 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Outbound Sales, or Voice-based Customer Support
Proficient in English and Hindi with excellent verbal communication
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Highly driven and target-oriented with a proven sales track record
A team player who values feedback and continuous improvement
Basic knowledge of MS Office
