Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Injection Mold Designer, located in Manesar. The Injection Mold Designer will be responsible for designing and developing tooling and molds, ensuring that designs meet specific requirements for injection molding processes. Main tasks include creating detailed mold design, cooling analysis, 2D drawings, Electrode design and collaborating with engineering teams to refine designs, and troubleshooting design issues. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordinating with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tooling Design and Mold Design
• Experience in Design Engineering specifically related to molds
• Knowledge of Injection Molding processes
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Diploma / Bachelor's / Masters's degree in Tool & Die or related field
• Experience in the automotive sector is a plus
