This is a position based in Bangalore, India. The duration of the internship program will be 1 year. In this role, you will work with cross functional teams ranging from Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, and Development to maintain reliability, scalability, efficiency and availability of production environment. Job Description Responsibilities and Duties: Provide First level support for all production incidents on GCP & AWS Infrastructure. Ensure Observability is an integral part of the infrastructure and provide adequate visibility about their health, utilization, and availability. Perform infra & application deployments by adhering to the change management process. Schedule, Manage and troubleshoot Batch jobs. Collaborate and communicate extensively with cross functional teams. Should be open to support 24/7 shifts. Qualifications: Familiar with building Infrastructure Platforms and CI/CD pipelines in a major public cloud provider - GCP preferred. Familiar with Kubernetes and its ecosystem - Containerd/Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD. Familiar with observability platforms/tools like ELK/Grafana/Prometheus/Cloud metrics, etc. Familiar with Python, Golang or a similar language. Strong communication skills. Bachelors or masters in computer science / information technology/ Electronics & communication / Electrical & Electronics. Should have graduated in 2024/ 2025
