Information Technology Support Manager

The IT Support Specialist at iKSANA in Dehradun is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related tickets from customers. You will manage and enhance IT infrastructure across all locations to ensure high uptime for internet, UPS, and related systems. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and executing IT and security systems for new setups and space reconfigurations. Furthermore, you will support the implementation and maintenance of internal software tools such as ticketing, CRM, inventory, visitor management, and reporting systems. You will also play a key role in supporting the implementation of redundancy plans to ensure business continuity. Evaluating and recommending new technologies, including AI tools like chatbots, analytics, and automation platforms for internal adoption, will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining clear documentation of networks, devices, system configurations, and IT policies is essential in this role. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field. Prior experience in IT Operations and IT Infrastructure Support is required. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL v3/v4 Foundation, and Google Workspace Admin or Microsoft 365 certification are preferred but not mandatory. Technical skills required for this role include network setup and troubleshooting, CCTV, biometric/access control, and physical security system configuration, familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, experience in SaaS tools for productivity and automation, and a strong understanding of endpoint security, backups, and patch management. The successful candidate should be able to work independently in a startup environment, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and have the ability to build and manage relationships with vendors and enterprise clients.
