Information Technology Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and user-focused IT Support Staff member to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide technical assistance and support to our internal office users, ensuring the smooth operation of their applications and computer hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to internal users for various software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, internal business applications).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Assist users with basic network connectivity problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Document support activities and resolutions.
• Educate users on basic IT best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an IT support role.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• A "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn.
• Graduate of any stream
• Experience - Min 3 years on a similar role
