Industrial Security Guard

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Industrial Security Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our industrial site, including monitoring activities, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to incidents. This role is crucial in protecting personnel, property, and assets in a dynamic, fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance & Monitoring: Continuously monitor the premises through CCTV systems, security patrols, and inspection of entry and exit points.
• Access Control: Ensure only authorized personnel, vehicles, and equipment are allowed to enter or exit the site.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and alarms. Report and manage incidents to ensure minimal disruption.
• Patrol Duties: Conduct routine physical patrols around the site, including checking buildings, equipment, and vehicles for any irregularities.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incident reports, and security logs.
• Enforce Policies: Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols while interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Incident Reporting: Write and file detailed reports of any security-related incidents or accidents.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Good physical fitness and ability to stand, patrol, or respond to emergencies for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in industrial security or related field (e.g., OSHA, CPR, First Aid).
• Experience with surveillance systems, security equipment, and alarm systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
