We are looking for a Security Guard to join our team and help ensure the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be reliable, vigilant, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires constant attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol the premises regularly to observe and identify potential safety risks, criminal activity, or safety violations.
Monitor surveillance equipment, conduct routine checks, and report incidents in a timely manner.
Control access points to ensure only authorized individuals are allowed on-site.
Respond to emergencies such as accidents, fires, or security breaches, and provide assistance as necessary.
Prevent theft and unauthorized access to restricted areas by conducting inspections of bags, packages, or vehicles.
Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional, courteous attitude toward visitors, employees, and other staff members.
Prepare detailed incident reports and log security activities, shifts, and any disruptions or emergencies.
Assist law enforcement when required and maintain a strong relationship with local authorities.
Ensure all security equipment (e.g., alarms, cameras) are functioning properly and report malfunctions immediately.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
