We need a Candidates for the position Industrial Engineer for one of our Garments Industry.

Key Skill Need

● Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

● Expertise in time and motion studies.

● Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools like Excel, AutoCAD, and

garment industry-specific software.

● Excellent problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively with production and quality teams.

● Strong organizational and project management skills.

● Knowledge of apparel production processes and techniques.

● Familiarity with compliance standards like BSCI, SEDEX, and ISO but not

necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering / B.Tech / Graduate.
4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the garment or textile industry.Familiarity with apparel machinery and production technologies.
