Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Review production schedules, specifications, and orders make plan as per requirement.
Monitor operations to improve productivity and efficiency.
Design efficient production processes that reduce waste of Material and Man.
Develop and implement process improvements.
Recommendation of cost-saving measures to reduce the cost.
Evaluate data to implement technological improvements like machinery, processes, and standards.
Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
Evaluate employees tasks and responsibilities to ensure and give specific plan regarding Man and Material.
Train staff for new processes and provide them with instructions and manuals.
Prepare inventory analysis and procure purchase orders to address production needs.
Manage process documentation
Prepare production reports.
Ability to solve complex technical problems and give alternative solution.
Strong communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work well in a team
Analysing various components of manufacturing processes such as schedules, flows, and specifications
Designing control systems to ensure that products meet certain quality standards
