Job Role: Industrial Designer
Work Location: Solar, Erode
Shift timing: 9AM - 7PM
Gender: Only Male Candidates preferred
Qualification: Diploma / BE - Mechanical Engineering
Skills: Auto CAD & Solid Works

Roles and Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitor products.
• Analyze user feedback to improve design solutions.

Concept Development

• Create innovative design concepts, sketches, and renderings.
• Develop mood boards, design proposals, and 3D visualizations.

Design & Prototyping

• Develop detailed drawings and CAD models using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360).
• Build prototypes and test models to evaluate design feasibility and functionality.

Material & Manufacturing Coordination

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective to manufacture.

Presentation & Communication

• Present design concepts and prototypes to clients, stakeholders, or management teams.
• Revise designs based on feedback and technical constraints.

Project Management

• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
