Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Automation Trainer, located in Noida. The Industrial Automation Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on PLC, SCADA, HMI, and other automation technologies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating curriculum, conducting practical sessions with state-of-the-art equipment, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting corporate training programs. The role also involves staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the relevance of the training content.

Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and Industrial Automation technologies
• Experience in developing and delivering training curriculum
• Strong practical skills with hands-on experience in automation systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to students
• Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation or related field
• Previous teaching or training experience is beneficial
