Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Planning Engineer to oversee project planning, billing, procurement, and client coordination for HVAC projects, including low-side and VRV systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling :-

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for HVAC projects (low-side & VRV systems).
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize MS Project or equivalent software for efficient project tracking.

Billing & Cost Control :-

• Prepare and review project bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts.
• Track project expenditures and maintain cost control measures.
• Purchase Planning & Procurement
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of HVAC materials.
• Evaluate quotations, negotiate costs, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination :-

• Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular project updates and address client concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

Education :- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BTech) or related field.

Experience :-

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC project planning, specifically in low-side and VRV systems.
• Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management software.

Technical Skills :-

• Strong understanding of HVAC design, installation, and commissioning processes.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Soft Skills :-

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :-

• Certification in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD & HVAC design softwares.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
