Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate HVAC BIM models using Revit and other tools.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Electrical, Plumbing, Structural) for clash-free integration.
• Read and interpret mechanical design drawings and specifications for BIM modeling.
• Perform quantity take-offs, annotation, tagging, and detailing.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.
• Update models based on design changes or RFIs.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of HVAC/Electrical codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Familiar with clash detection, coordination, and LOD standards (LOD 300/350/400).
• Ability to work independently and in teams to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with design teams and clients.
