We're currently looking for a proactive and driven HR Executive to join our team, with a strong focus on recruitment—especially for digital marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing profiles including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Design, and Performance Marketing.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant platforms.

Draft and post job descriptions tailored to agency roles.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and team expectations.

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.

Support onboarding, documentation, and basic HR operations.

Assist in employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.

Key Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of HR experience, primarily in recruitment.

Prior experience hiring for digital marketing roles (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, etc.) is required.

Experience working in or hiring for a digital marketing agency is a plus.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles.

Proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
