Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Raipur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overseeing various aspects of HR management. The executive will ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and support the overall goals of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies development
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
