About Human Resources

The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.About the RoleThe role of the Circle HR Team involves ensuring effective staffing is done within the defined timelines and budgets in discussion with the business heads. The team should have the ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR advisory support within the organizational framework. Good knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub-systems is also mandated.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that recruitment is done within the timelines both number and quality wise by maintaining the optimal source mixEnsure efficient onboarding, effective coaching and support mechanism to reduce new joinee turnover and attrition.Responsible for driving HR interventions for low performers and ensure active interactions and engagement with productive staff (Hired Through cadre programmes) to keep them motivatedManage the HR Shared services by ensuring - timely resolution of queries and adherence to TATs of HR Processes.Responsible for meeting process timelines, maintaining mandate on differentiation and efficient grievance handling. Inputs on creating a culture of feedback for the respective circle through surveys.Provide regular update to internal stakeholdersQualificationsPostgraduate with Banking backgroundRole ProficienciesGood communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skillsStrong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills)Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environmentAbility to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goalsAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously#ComeAsYouAre "We are dil se open.
