Position Summary: We are looking to employ a passionate, enthusiastic, and

consulting-focused candidate into the India professional services team. This

team is responsible for working directly with customers and prospects to

match business problems to technology, providing technical skills on the

ground with customers and alongside partners.

Job Summary:

The HR will assist the HR team in various tasks and projects, gaining

a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and developing skills in

recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

This internship offers the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop

professional relationships, and potentially lead to a contractual or permanent

role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing

documents, filing records, and maintaining databases.

• Participate in employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Conduct research on employment laws and regulations, industry

trends, and best practices in HR.

• Assist in benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits

communication, and compliance.

• Support employee relations initiatives, such as employee engagement

surveys, recognition programs, and conflict resolution.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with

discretion.
