Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
  • Support onboarding, exit formalities, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate daily operations between HR, marketing, and sales departments
  • Generate internal reports (performance, task updates, leave records, etc.)
  • Assist in planning and executing internal marketing & employee engagement activities
  • Support basic accounting and invoice follow-up with clients
  • Contribute to lead generation and marketing communication follow-ups
  • Handle communication with job portals and manage candidate databases

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets & email communication
  • Interest in both HR operations and marketing functions
  • Able to multitask and work under guidance
  • Willing to work from office (Newtown, Kolkata)
