Job Description

End-to-End Recruitment

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Develop and post job advertisements on appropriate job boards and social media.
Source and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with interview panels.
Manage the offer process, salary negotiation, and pre-joining formalities.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Payroll Administration

Collect and validate monthly attendance, leave records, and variable components.
Coordinate with the finance team/vendor to process accurate and timely payroll.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) and resolve payroll-related queries from employees.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee records.

Employee Lifecycle Management

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
Facilitate employee engagement, performance appraisals, and learning & development activities.
Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth offboarding.
Provide support in policy implementation, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles covering recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
