Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new product features. Integrate APIs and handle JSON data for seamless backend communication. Apply 3D optimization techniques to reduce scene loading times and enhance performance. Debug, troubleshoot, and fix bugs efficiently. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Payroll Administration Collect and validate monthly attendance, leave records, and variable components. Coordinate with the finance team/vendor to process accurate and timely payroll. Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) and resolve payroll-related queries from employees. Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee records. Employee Lifecycle Management Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
