Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Manager - HR professional to manage the Talent Acquisition of the Company. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The candidate will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various hiring needs across multiple industries including campus drives. This role involves working closely with line managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with line managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics for hiring needs.

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Use job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other channels to source candidates.

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions.

  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers.

  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and high-volume positions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations reputation as a preferred workplace, including managing careers pages, social media engagement, and participating in job fairs and industry events.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the HR team and hiring managers.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.

Key qualifications include:

  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in recruiting for non-IT roles (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, finance, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting for high-volume positions.

  • Knowledge of employment market trends in various industries.

  • Networking skills to build strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

  • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
