Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This role plays a key part in shaping the company culture and ensuring legal compliance and effective employee relations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and investigations. Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations. Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems. Lead training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and engagement. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues. Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and implement strategic workforce planning. Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement programs and initiatives.
