Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team at TechAvidus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong interest in human resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
Support the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve employee-related issues and concerns.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with HR software and systems is an asset.
