Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining employee records and databases. Handle routine HR tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to company policies. Contribute to internal communication efforts, including the follow ups related to HR-related information. Checking the new joiners attendance on a daily basis and sharing the status with concerned stakeholders. Handle basic employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues under supervision. Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and other initiatives as needed. Requirements and Skills: Preferably Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 1+ years experience as an Onboarding Associate or a similar role in the Human Resources Department in any MNC is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information. Great interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills Solution Oriented mindset.
