Job Summary:  Asian Star Jewels is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to support and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core HR functions, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and documentation
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
• Address employee queries and support grievance resolution
• Assist in organizing HR events, wellness programs, and internal communications
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to policy development and implementationRequired Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
• Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll coordination, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
