Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Onsite: Delhi NCR, Noida

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Preference : MBA PG Experienced Candidates/Freshers with specialization in Human Resource

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with an MBA in Human Resources to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in HR compliance, EPFO regulations, and core HR terminologies. This role demands strong end-to-end recruitment capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with leading job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:

  sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboar

  ding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements including EPFO, ESI, and related documentation.
• Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and organizational charts.
• Use job portals effectively to identify and attract the best talent across various domains.
• Coordinate and execute new employee induction and orientation programs.
• Assist with attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
• Address and resolve employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.
• Ensure HR operations run smoothly and are aligned with company policies.

Key Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of HR compliance, EPFO, and HR-related legal frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and employment life cycle

• .Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in

  MS Office and HR tools/software.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates currently residing in Gurgaon, Noida, or Delhi NCR.

• Comfortable with a fully onsite role.

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Good Communication Skills.
