Your responsibilities will include assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining employee records, coordinating orientation sessions, supporting HR functions such as performance reviews and policy enforcement, organizing internal events and training programs, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and statutory HR practices. Collaboration with various departments to promote a healthy work culture will also be a part of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, along with 2 years of relevant HR experience or internships. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office tools are essential. Additionally, a friendly demeanor, ability to handle confidential information sensitively, and familiarity with HR software or tools will be beneficial.
